This isn’t a miracle diet or promise of weight loss but help with your mindset, diet choices and exercise. What are the workouts?

The workouts are a mixture of dumbells & bodyweight.

They are focussed around the principle of progressive overload.

So in turn we just aim to become a bit better over time, this helps to build and create more muscle.

Do I need to follow specific diet?

For this challenge you will be following a calorie controlled set up to create rapid fat loss.

Individual food choices are up to you, Ensure you make the right choices so you are not left hungry.

There is support in the app to help you make better choices to sustain and fuel yourself.
